State of art, results and scientific progression on materials in "GaN4AP", the European project for advanced power applications in smart mobility and energy consumption
Co-organized with Distretto Sicilia Micro-nano Sistemi Chair: Leoluca LIGGIO - CV, Distretto Sicilia Micro-nano Sistemi |
|||||||
This session reports the scientific results up to date of the GaN4AP Project. The project, already showcased at Nanoinnovation 2022, involves 36 partners from 6 European countries, gathered in a Consortium to address the use of micro-nanotechnologies and high-efficiency components based on Gallium Nitride. Two years of research now offer the scientific community important tips of discussion with particular reference to the use of innovative materials in the challenges for energy consumption reduction and for intelligent mobility.
