TT.III Technical Multi-Track with Parallel SYMPOSIA
Discrete to continuum modelling of heterogenous materials and continuous media
Co-organized with Sapienza University of Rome
Chair: Mahmood JABAREEN, Technion - Israel of Technology, Haifa, Israel
In this symposium, different approaches in multiscale modelling and analysis of heterogeneous materials are discussed. The symposium also focuses on the integration of different computational/continuum approaches such as molecular dynamics simulation, peridynamics and finite element at each scale.
The symposium is part of the Workshop WS.I
