In recent years, the great potential that nanoscience holds in medical applications for both diagnosis and treatment of diseases has become increasingly clear. The scientific community is constantly engaged in the search for new biocompatible materials, which can be easily synthesized and integrated in various biomedical technologies. The symposium aims to bring together scientists working on nanomaterials and nanotechnologies for medical applications to share their knowledge and discuss new perspectives in the field. Topics cover a range of biomedical applications including targeted drug delivery and biosensing and will be developed in two sessions. The symposium topic is related to the project CALabria HUB per Ricerca Innovativa ed Avanzata (CAL.HUB.RIA) funded by Piano Operativo Salute - Traiettoria 4 “Biotecnologie, Bioinformatica e Sviluppo Farmaceutico”. |
