NEW LUNCH-TIME ORGANIZATION
Coffee break and evening cocktail will be offered to all participants and will be held in the cloyster of building A of the Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering during the following time slots:
- 10:30 – 10:50
- 15:30 – 16:00
- 17:30 – 20:00
Lunch will be held at the Sapienza cafeteria in Via delle Sette Sale 29, please follow the indication on the map below.
The increase in the number of exhibitors and participants, together with the reduction in the time available for lunch (due to the increase in scientific and other sessions), has made it impossible to continue to offer lunch in the Cloister Area, also for security reasons.
Lunch will be offered to all speakers, chairs and exhibitors from 13:00 to 14:00. Participants who don’t belong to any of these categories (i.e. no circular mark on your badge) can still have launch at the Sapienza Cafeteria in Via delle Sette Sale by paying a reduced fee.
In order to have lunch, every participant must hand to the restaurant staff the ticket corresponding to its status that will be given to them at the moment of registration.
Alternatively to the Sapienza Cafeteria, speakers, exhibitors and chairs can ask, via this Google Form, to have their lunch delivered in a box-lunch to the cloister. It will not be possible to collect a delivered lunch if the Google form has not been filled out properly.
